Six Sigma foundations: reducing errors and waste
Use the core Six Sigma method to find the causes of errors and reduce them.
Many errors repeat because the cause is never measured. This programme introduces the Six Sigma DMAIC method in plain terms: define, measure, analyse, improve and control. Participants apply it to a real problem from their own work.
Who it is for: Operations, quality and process improvement teams, and managers who lead improvement projects.
Duration: 1–3 days. Group size: up to 25. Format: on-site, virtual or blended, and online.
