Why we fund training for NGO schools and public hospitals
Our outreach programme gives grants that cover the cost of our training for organisations that serve their communities.
Teachers in NGO and schools, and staff in public hospitals, often work under heavy pressure with few resources. They rarely get access to the training that private organisations take for granted.
Our outreach programme exists to change that.
What we offer
Good training should not depend on budget alone.
Why it matters to us
The same patterns of trust, communication and pressure that affect a multinational affect a school or a hospital ward. The difference is that these organisations serve people who depend on them most.
How projects are chosen
We review applications on a rolling basis and choose projects case by case. We look at the need, the number of people who will benefit and how the learning will be sustained.
How to apply
Organisations and individuals can apply through our Social responsibility page. Companies that want to fund a grant for a school or hospital can contact us directly.
